December 23 2019 marked 100 years since the Sex Disqualification (Removal) Act 1919 was passed.

The Act enabled women to practise as barristers and solicitors.

Written and produced by barrister, Stephanie Hayward, and featuring interviews with Baroness Helena Kennedy KC and Chris Henley KC, this film traces the women who blazed the trail, and assesses the extent to which the obstacles they faced still exist today.
